Convert video to Animation gif

First open windows movie maker..Open Video that you want to make animation..Edit your video..make it short or watever..
After finish editing your video, go to file>Publish Movie (ctrl+P)


just click next until it show this..Click on "more settings"

then click Publish..Finish step 1 =]

Now open Photoshop cs3..Open the video that you save before..when you open it its gonna bring alert message like this..

just click ok

Ok when you happy with yr video go to file>Save for Web & Devices (Alt+Shift+Ctrl+S)


Ok in step bellow make sure the looping option set forever NOT Once..


After you done that, save it n you have your animation gif =]
